Our Vision, Mission and Values
At Bourne Grammar School, our vision, mission and values work together to define what we stand for, what we are striving toward and how we behave along the way. Each has its own focus, but together they form a shared framework: our vision shows where we are heading, our mission explains how we get there, and our values remind us that how we achieve our goals matters as much as the goals themselves. They guide every aspect of school life, shaping our culture, our expectations and the daily experience of every member of our community.

OUR VALUES
Our values guide how we behave, how we learn and how we treat one another.
